We define our Corporate Social Responsibility as the integration of business operations and values, whereby the interests of all stakeholders including investors, customers, employees, the community and the environment are reflected in the company's policies and actions.

Business Ethics and Transparency​

​Lynxforce expects that all of its business is conducted in compliance with high ethical standards of business practice. We apply these standards to all dealings with employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

The company has adopted the following principles for good business ethics:

• Commitment to fairness transparency and honesty in its business practices towards customers, employees and suppliers, with first and foremost attention being paid to treating customers fairly.
• Respecting the confidentiality of information held by the company.
• Respecting the spirit of the law as well as obeying the letter of the law.
• Commitment to accurate and honest reporting to our other stakeholders.
• Commitment to factor corporate responsibility risks into the overall assessment of suitability of investments for clients and company funds.

Human rights

Lynxforce is strongly opposed to the use of slavery in all forms; cruel, inhuman or degrading punishments; and any attempt to control or reduce freedom of thought, conscience and religion. Lynxforce will ensure that all of its colleagues, agents and contractors are entitled to their human rights as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Lynxforce will not enter into any business arrangement with any person, company or organisation which fails to uphold the human rights of its workers or who breach the human rights of those affected by the organisation’s activities.

Good environmental practice and the impact that our operations have on the environment are of great importance to Lynxforce Protection Services. The main aim of Lynxforce Environmental Policy is to comply with all applicable environmental legislation in all jurisdictions in which we operate and to adopt responsible environmental practices.
