We believe we lead the field in the application of Disaster Preparedness assessment, design and implementation, for corporate entities, and even business neighbourhoods.

Other companies offer advice on bomb-film-for-windows and the standard 400 metre bomb evacuation distance. But where others stop, we proceed on from, and provide a comprehensive assessment for evacuation, invacuation, and inter-company protocols that especially fits the remit for building management firms, and landlords. We tailor the package to specifically suit the client, and do not offer a generic solution that fits all.

We are also able to offer regional evacuation plans for local government authorities, as well as structured advice for national government bodies.

We assess large corporations and conglomerates, as well as areas and regions for local government.

​Design
The second stage is to design the solution that marries with the assessment. We give strong advice on what we feel should be the structure of the report and the plans, but keep in mind that the business model must not be disrupted for the services need. With this in mind, we carefully work with clients to ensure they receive a solution that can be used and adhered to. It is easy to over-securify a plan, and forget that the inherent business model comes first, and security helps maintain that structure, but in a more robust way. We never forget this.

Implementation and Training

Once the solution has been agreed by the client, we implement it. This involves making some changes to the standing procedures where necessary, and training those responsible for the actual management of the scenario responses. We try to incorporate our procedures into the in situ fire responses, so that the procedure seems familiar to all, from the security, to the Director of Facilities. We offer training packages for all levels of staff at once, or separate the heads of section from the security officers.

Our most unique feature of this part of our business, is our quite advanced ability to manage the invacuation and evacuation in a multi-tenanted building, with specific regards to intercompany resolutions. For this quite crucial feature (think of more than one financial institution, or law firm, or accountancy firm in the same building), we believe that we are the leaders, and we are not resting on our laurels. We continually seek to innovate to the benefit of our clients.
